  • Service Has Started: Once work has commenced on a service, we are unable to offer a refund. Significant resources and staff time are allocated from the start of the service, which includes planning, research, and execution that are specifically tailored to your requirements.
  • Service Is Completed: If a service has been completed to the specifications agreed upon in the contract, it is considered fulfilled. As our services often involve considerable preparation and labor, completed services are non-refundable.
  • Processing Fees: When services are paid for, processing fees that are charged by third-party payment processors are non-refundable. These fees are levied by external agencies to facilitate the transaction and are not recoverable by Vendor Registration Expert.
  • Compensation for Services Rendered: If any part of a service has been rendered, we will charge for the time spent on that service. This is to cover the cost of labor and resources used in delivering the portion of the service that was provided before the cancellation request was made.
  • Proposal Services Initiated: In cases where proposal writing or related preparatory services have begun, and subsequently, the related solicitation or opportunity is canceled by external parties (not by Vendor Registration Expert), no refund will be provided for work already completed. Preparing a proposal involves in-depth research, drafting, and revision that consume resources that cannot be reallocated.
  • Customized Solutions: For services that are highly customized, including bespoke business strategies or personalized consultancy, refunds cannot be offered once work has begun. These services require a deep integration of our expertise with your specific business context, making the process inherently non-reversible.   • Subscription-Based Services: For ongoing subscription-based services, refunds will not be provided partway through a subscription period if the service is terminated early by the client. However, the service can be discontinued at the end of the current subscription cycle.
