At Vendor Registration Expert, we strive to provide flexible and fair terms for the cancellation of services. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions under which clients may cancel their services and the financial responsibilities associated with such cancellations.

Our cancellation policy is designed to balance the need for flexibility for our clients with the logistical and financial planning required to allocate resources and deliver high-quality services.
Cancellation of Services
Standard Services: Clients may cancel standard services with a 30-day written notice to Vendor Registration Expert. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the billing cycle in which the cancellation notice is received.
Project-Based Services: For services that are project-based, clients are required to notify Vendor Registration Expert of cancellation at least 15 days prior to the project commencement date. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee as outlined below.
Cancellation Fees
Early Termination: For early termination of services, especially those involving lengthy commitments or extensive preparations, Vendor Registration Expert may charge a cancellation fee. This fee compensates for the allocation of resources, work already performed, and potential loss of business. The fee will be a percentage of the total service cost, which will be detailed in the service agreement.
Deposits: Deposits paid for project initiation are generally non-refundable, except under circumstances where Vendor Registration Expert fails to commence the project on the agreed date without a valid reason.
Refunds
Prepaid Services: Clients who have prepaid for services may be eligible for a refund of the unused portion of the service, calculated from the date of cancellation to the end of the service period, less any applicable cancellation fees.
Processing Time: Refund processing can take up to 30 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
Procedure for Cancellation
Written Notice: All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to support@vre.us or via postal mail to the address specified below. The cancellation notice must include the client’s name, service details, and the desired date of cancellation.
Confirmation of Receipt: Upon receipt of a cancellation notice, Vendor Registration Expert will confirm the receipt and inform the client of any next steps, financial adjustments, or further information required.
